Introduction to Economics

Introduction to Economics

For those who are interested in how the world works, the study of economics is essential. It is divided into 2 main branches: microeconomics and macroeconomics. Microeconomics, as its name suggests, deals with the behaviour of individual economic agents whilst macroeconomics studies economies as a whole.

Economic agents and their congenital interaction with tangible or intangible aspects of the economy influence the world we live in. Every consumer, every worker, every investor, every owner of land and basically any being that plays a part in the operating of the economy will, to some effect, influence economic variables.
